Franchising is often viewed as a way to avoid problems that can come with slow growth, like the need for outside capital or difficulty in finding the right employees. But it’s also important to see how franchising can provide solutions for issues related to money, time, and people. This is done in creative ways that can help a business expand quickly and efficiently.
If you’re eager to get moving before the competition catches on, franchising may be the best way to go. Franchises can expand quickly and easily by selling individual units or multiple units/territories to sub-franchises. This growth system usually allows businesses to expand faster than if they were opening company-owned units.
When a company decides to expand its operations through franchising, it’s generally doing so because it’s a much more cost-effective way to do so. With franchising, the majority of the costs associated with expansion (i.e., building/renting space, stocking inventory, hiring staff) fall on the franchisees themselves. And since a company’s growth potential through franchising is only limited by the number of people willing to buy into the franchise and the number of available locations to do so, franchising is often seen as a low-risk way for a company to expand its reach.
People say a good manager is not always easy to come by. However, we believe that franchisees tend to make excellent managers. The reason for this is that they have a personal investment in the business. They own it. Franchising provides companies with both reliable managers and a way to avoid the common issues that come with hiring and firing staff. We give our franchisees a free hand until they remain under our terms of customer service.
Choosing to invest in a franchise is a big decision. We want you to feel confident in your choice, and so we encourage you to do your research before making a decision. We’re confident that you’ll see that investing in a DAScenter franchise is a smart choice for many reasons!
Here is what you will get as a DAScenter franchise:-
To fit the criteria of a DAScenter franchise, here is what you need to have:-|
To serve our selective set of customer-base, having a workshop at a prime location is a prerequisite. The potential franchisee must have access to a number of prime locations in their prospective region. The franchisor must be given a clear picture of the contract for the lease, rental, or free-hold agreement for each location. The franchisor will also provide requirements for an ideal location that the franchisee must then research and find.4
A value system that is aligned with the franchisor’s values will help with assimilation into the parent company culture. The ability to replicate and maintain the same or similar level of consistency throughout the outlet management cycle is important to the franchisor. Integrity, honesty, and excellence in operations in compliance with the franchisor’s standards are key.
The franchise agreement will outline what is needed for liquid capital to enter into the contract. It’s important not to get this confused with a net worth or equity. Your net worth is your total assets after subtracting your total liabilities. In contrast, your liquid capital is the cash you have available to invest immediately.
It is generally recommended that those interested in purchasing a franchise have at least 3 years of business experience under their belt. This gives them a solid foundation to understand all of the legalities and fundamental skills needed to operate a franchise business. Additionally, it is important for future franchisees to be able to adapt their business interests to the changing environment and undergo timely training provided by the franchisor.
Training for Deutsches Auto Service Center’s franchisees will be a mix of online and in-person instruction, with the latter taking place either at the company’s headquarters or another location as designated by management. The initial training period will last for 10 to 20 days and will cover topics such as administrative tasks, how the franchisee’s business is expected to operate, and sales and marketing strategies.
In addition to formal instruction, franchisees will also get plenty of opportunities to learn through on-the-job training. Up to 1 additional person from the franchisee’s business can participate in the training program.
On-site training is also delivered that typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from Deutsches Auto Service Center will provide on-site training for a period of Seven (7) to Fourteen (14) days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations. As a franchise, here are the areas of support you will get from DAScenter.
The initial franchise fee for an individual unit is 185,000 AED. Area development franchise fee (3 units and above) the franchise fee per unit will be AED 148,000 at a 20% discount (instead of AED 555,000 for 3 units, the discounted amount is AED 444,000) as mentioned in the table below.
